Contest Terms and Conditions

General Eligibility: Contests are open to registered Erogen users in good standing. Participants may submit multiple character entries but are eligible to receive only one prize per contest.

Entry Requirements: All submissions must be original creations. Character images must be generated exclusively using Erogen's AI image generator. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or submission of non-original content will result in immediate disqualification.

Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Voting and Fair Play: Promotional sharing of your character is permitted, however, manipulation of voting statistics, spam, or artificial engagement is strictly prohibited. Each participant may vote using only one account. Multiple account voting will result in disqualification.

Content Standards: All contest submissions are subject to Erogen's standard content filtering and quality control mechanisms. Submissions must comply with community guidelines and platform terms of service.

Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disqualification: vote manipulation, bot usage, coordinated inauthentic behavior, harassment of other participants, or any attempt to circumvent contest rules.

Prize Distribution: Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of winner announcement. Winners will be notified via their registered email address and platform notifications.

Prize Substitution: Erogen reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Erogen does not assign monetary value to contest awards and makes no guarantees regarding prize availability.

Tax Responsibility: Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges related to prize acceptance and use.

Grounds for Disqualification: Violations of contest rules, platform terms of service, community guidelines, or attempts to manipulate contest outcomes will result in immediate removal from all contests and may adversely affect your Erogen account standing.

Investigation Process: Erogen reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and may request additional verification from participants. Failure to cooperate with investigations may result in disqualification.

Appeal Process: Disqualification decisions may be appealed within 7 days by contacting support. All decisions following appeal review are final.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your original character content and creative elements. However, by participating, you grant Erogen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote your submission for contest-related and promotional purposes.

Platform Rights: Erogen retains all rights to contest branding, promotional materials, and platform-generated content including but not limited to contest logos, themes, and marketing materials.

Third-Party Content: Participants warrant that their submissions do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights and agree to indemnify Erogen against any related claims.

Modification of Terms: Erogen reserves the right to modify contest rules, judging criteria, prizes, dates, or any other contest elements at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of material changes through platform announcements and email notifications.

Contest Cancellation: Erogen reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any contest due to technical difficulties, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Judging and Decisions: All judging decisions are final and binding. Contest results are determined by community voting and/or internal evaluation criteria as specified for each contest.

Technical Issues: Erogen is not responsible for technical difficulties, server outages, network connectivity issues, or other technical problems that may affect contest participation, voting, or prize distribution.

Damages Limitation: In no event shall Erogen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from contest participation.

Maximum Liability: Erogen's total liability for any contest-related claims shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded, if any.

Information Collection: Personal information collected during contests will be handled in accordance with Erogen's Privacy Policy. This may include contact information, submission data, and voting records.

Winner Publicity: Winner information, including usernames and character submissions, may be publicly displayed for promotional purposes. Winners consent to such use by participating.

Data Retention: Contest-related data may be retained for record-keeping, legal compliance, and future contest improvement purposes.

Governing Law: These contest terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Erogen is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from contest participation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Class action lawsuits are waived.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Legal Compliance: Contests are void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
