Cancel Your Subscription

The fastest way to manage your subscription is through your account settings:

  1. Go to your Account Settings
  2. Under Subscription, click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

You'll keep premium access until your current billing period ends. No further charges will be made.

Contact Your Billing Provider

For billing-specific questions you can also contact your billing provider directly. Check your email receipt or bank statement to find which one processed your payment.

Look up your purchase or contact support at epoch.com.

Paid with CCBill?

To cancel your subscription, ask a billing question, or request a refund (reviewed on a case-by-case basis), contact our billing partner CCBill at +1 (888) 596-9279 or consumersupport@ccbill.com.

Paid with Centrobill?

Manage your subscription or contact support at centrohelp.com.

Paid with Finby, G2A, or Crypto?

These are one-time purchases with no recurring billing. Your premium access is active until the period you purchased expires. For any issues, email support@erogen.ai.
