You can manage your Erogen membership from your Account Settings. Here's how to make changes to your subscription:
Changing Your Membership Tier
- Go to your Account Settings
- If your subscription is linked to an external payment provider, follow the instructions on their platform to change your tier
- After making changes, use the "Sync" button in Account Settings to refresh your membership status
Canceling Your Membership
- Go to your Account Settings
- If your subscription is managed by an external payment provider, you'll need to cancel through their platform
- Follow the cancellation instructions shown in your account
Important Notes:
- When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to your new tier
- When canceling, you'll maintain access until the end of your current billing period
- If you cancel, you can resubscribe at any time
