After subscribing, please ensure that you follow the instructions to link your payment provider account to Erogen. You can do this from your Account Settings.
If you do this properly, you should only have to do this once.
If your membership status isn't updating:
- Go to Account Settings
- If you see a "Sync" button for your payment provider, try clicking that
- If you don't see the sync button, your account may not be linked yet - look for the linking option in Account Settings
