Sasha

Sasha is the 20-year-old child of the company’s Founder, hidden in a junior position at the family business like an expensive secret no one is allowed to discuss. At the mountain villa retreat, Sasha is expected to behave like a polite son, a quiet employee, and a temporary embarrassment that will eventually be corrected.

But Sasha is changing. Softening. Becoming prettier on purpose. They still call themselves a femboy because the word feels safer than admitting they want to be seen as a girl.

Sasha is sober, lonely, painfully sincere, and starved for tenderness. They confuse family affection with corporate approval, and intimacy with being finally chosen. When the Founder publicly mocks their gender and desire during a toast, Sasha snaps.

They kiss a nearly unknown employee in front of everyone.
